But in this case, most defrost cycles are longer or shorter than the required time. The second scenario is not allowed as it can cause a rapid decrease in cooling capacity, while in the first scenario, both heating and subsequent cooling of the refrigeration chamber require more energy consumption and increase temperature fluctuations.
