During the long holiday, many enterprises' equipment was shut down, including chiller equipment. When the equipment is not in use for a long time, many enterprises will drain the system water to prevent equipment from freezing and damaging the equipment. Some enterprises even disconnect the power supply of the equipment to prevent accidents. After the epidemic, enterprises returning to work should also put their chiller equipment into operation. Before the equipment is put into operation, the following points should be done:
1. First, check the circuit of the chiller equipment to prevent it from not being powered on for a long time and short circuiting the circuit. If it passes the test, it can be powered on
2. Fill the water system of the chiller with water, temporarily do not turn on the compressor, let the water pump run, so that the outlet pressure of the water pump matches the actual pressure provided by the water pump
3. Check if there is any water leakage during the operation of the water pump
4. Check if the refrigerant pressure gauge pointer of the chiller is within the normal range
5. Power on the compressor and check if the operating current of the compressor and the high and low pressure of the refrigerant are within a reasonable range
6. Do you hear any abnormal noise when the compressor is running
7. The unit is running with load. Observe for a while to see if the water temperature drops at the same rate as before the shutdown
